Books Are a Catalyst For Growth

Success leverages knowledge. Understanding leads to wisdom. The wise leverage the simple things to gain more.

To accelerate growth (flourish) we want to look for the catalysts in life. In chemistry, a catalyst is a substance that makes a chemical reaction happen faster.

Books are a catalyst for growth. One idea can result in instant change.

With a book you can sit in the presence of people with great accomplishments. They will tell you secrets. They will share about the events in life that helped them grow. The best will share their mistakes.

Reading about others not only brings us knowledge, it allows us to think about how we would handle situations. We can gain understanding we would never have had on our own. If we pick up a book and read every day, it is only a matter of time until we read that one sentence that changes our life. If it happens once, it can happen again.
