Lead Your Level

Success has many levels. Don't be discouraged because you aren't at the level you want to be. Be encouraged because you are the leader at your current level.

No matter what level we are on we are leaders. So even if you move up to the next level, you still must lead.

Because success has many levels, success is today, and success is in the future. You are successful now, and you will be more successful in the future. No matter what level we are on we have the same job; serve and lead.

Know your level. Imagine a city mayor trying to lead the nation like a president. It doesn't work for many obvious reasons. Both serve and lead, but at different levels.

Master your current level then you will advance.

If you have the seed of greatness within you, you feel like you should be great now, and you are. You first need to be great in your own eyes in order to stand your ground. But we must serve and lead in order to grow. Then move forward.

Master your current level. Serve and lead at your current level. In due time, with due diligence, you will rise to the next level.

If you do well with what you have, more will be given.
