The one thing in life that is 100% yours is your dream.

I love this idea because it is a mindset that can be applied to all areas of your life.

Your dream is 100% yours.

• You make the calls.
• You answer to no one but yourself.
• You serve only who you want.
• You do only what you want.
• You set the standard.
• You set the pace.
• You set the direction.
• No compromise.

The fastest way to grow is to take ownership of something. Your life, your job, your relationships, your health, your dream.

Your dream is 100% yours. You have 100% control. When you have 100% control and 100% ownership, you decide where and how you want to grow. Your employer doesn't decide. Life doesn't decide. Your friends don't decide. You decide. You decide because it's your dream. This might be one of the most under-appreciated aspects of following your dream.

The other thing is, when you have 100% control and 100% ownership you get to find out what you're made of. You discover your strengths and weaknesses (ouch). Be real! When we get stuck, it's usually because we need growth in a new area in order to push through. There is so much to learn when following your dreams! And it's 100% up to you, what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.
